Karate Fit is an extension of the Community Education Hapkido classes offered by Hoshin Sul Academy instructors Mr. Kenny and Dr. Franzi. Karate Fit and Hapkido students are expected to come to class with a growth-mindset, ready to stand in line and follow the instructor’s guidance. This is an important part of developing discipline and respect for the art, as well as understanding the structure of the class. All levels of experience welcome!
