Adult Water Exercise includes Water Dance on Tuesday evening and Aqua Jogging on on Thursday evening.
Water Dance (Tuesdays): Jump in the shallow end and dance the night away! This is a high-energy dance workout in the pool. Adults and children (ages 12 and older) are welcome if they are taller than 4 foot and can stand in the shallow end without assistance.
Aqua Jogging (Thursdays): Held in the deep end of the pool, participants (18 and older) use a belt and tether to mimic the motions of running without the impact and strain! Must be able to swim in the deep end without the use of a flotation aid.
